People who say they are voting for Robert F. Kennedy Jr. are probably low-information voters.

The same Philadelphia talk radio station that posted the "The Biggest Loser in 2023" poll [see link], t'other day, had a show host and his producer discussing the ultimate outcome of the Supreme Court decision on the Colorado Trump ruling.

The guys got into some friendly banter about what the Supreme Court vote count would be. They both are convinced that the Supreme Court will overturn what Colorado did...

...so the number they selected is number of votes to overturn.

They set the over/under at 6 1/2 to overturn.

So if you're po...if I have this right...po's number would be 0, i.e., a 9-0 vote to uphold. In any event, po'd bet the under because po thinks that the Supreme Court will side with Colorado. po has even doubled down on that prediction. So, no more than 4 votes to overturn.

pb's three Legal Goobers? #1 thinks it SHOULD be 9-0 to overturn. #2 HOPES it will be 9-0 to overturn. #3 hasn't gone there but is convinced that Section 3 can't be applied to the President.

So, for fun. What would you bet? Over or under...on overturning?

isle's been clear. He thinks that Trump's guilty of leading an insurrection but I don't recall his prediction about the Supreme Court.

Same with Curt. He thinks that the Colorado ruling is justified. But what does he think the Supreme Court will do?

OD? Thinks the lack of attention to Due Process makes what Colorado did a fiasco, but the US Supreme Court?

Donna? Seems to be hibernating... presumably over being accused of antisemitism.

Indy!? Who knows. Indy's on his own planet.

Me?

Well, I'll play.

If the Over/Under were set at 6 1/2 to overturn? pb'd bet the over.
